IMAGER program is available through different channels as:
STANDALONE Linux version
a standalone version using APPTAINER for Linux, (and Windows or Mac through a VM machine)
MacPorts package
a MacPorts package for MacOS (NOW available, it includes the most recent IMAGER versions.)
Do It Yourself installation
Installation script available from This Link. Its will download a script named get-and-install.sh. Execute it from the directory where you want to install IMAGER. It will download, untar, compile & install if pre-requisites are met. Description of pre-requisites are in the INSTALL documentation. On MacOS, if you have already installed Gildas from MacPorts, the pre-requisite should be met.
( IMAGER within GILDAS distribution )
A “contributed” module in the GILDAS package. The distributed Version was obsolete and no longer supported. Please move to one of the other versions, and upgrade your GILDAS installation to ensure no conflict occur.
