PROPER_MOTION 

        [ADVANCED\]PROPER_MOTION muRA muDec [/FILE FileIn FileOut]

      Apply  specified  proper  motion to current or specified UV Table.  Proper
    motion values are specified in milliarcsec per year (mas/a).

    If no /FILE option is present, they are applied to the current UV table.
