Compute and/or Apply a scale factor to the weights of the current UV data. Can be used to patch e.g. JVLA data files which may have only relative weights, not absolute values indicating the noise.
MODE can be APPLY, DO, ESTIMATE, TIME or ROBUST and TAPER.
The later two can be used to obtain the same weights as in UV_MAP, to allow e.g. model fitting with an equivalent beam with UV_FIT. It may also be useful to combine data from different arrays or configurations, allowing a better control of the relative weights, at the expanse of the point source sensitivity.
