Real Output variable of UV_CHECK INTEGRATION
Returns an estimate of the total integration time (in seconds) used in the UV data.
This is the sum of individual integration times over all visibilities.
This value is used in conjunction with UV_NANT, the number of antennas
to assess (to first order) the possible S/N per antenna for self-calibration.
