Fraction of peak response of the primary beams coverage under which the Sky brightness image is blanked in a Mosaic deconvolution.
It is also used as a default truncation value in the PRIMARY command. The default is 0.2. An alternate name is CLEAN_TRUNCATE (for historical reasons).
