LOAD /FREQUENCY 

        [DISPLAY\]LOAD File /FREQUENCY RestFreq [/RANGE Min Max Type]

    Read the file into the DATA area  and reset the velocity scale to the corre-
    sponding rest frequencies. Velocities specified in the /RANGE Min Max VELOC-
    ITY option would then refer to this new frequency.
