UV_MAP and
SELFCAL worked only on POINT-like Mosaics
(mosaic with a common phase center), not on PHASE-like Mosaics and
UV_SHIFT was not working properly on Mosaics.
Corrected UV_SHIFT action (in memory and on disk) and
circumvent the
UV_MAP and
SELFCAL issue by converting
at READ time all Mosaics to POINT-style offsets.

The occurence was random, and the problem was tracked to an inconsistent lock of the memory
