The Self-Calibration steps of the PIPELINE can be skipped by setting the
control variable All%Skip_Self to YES
Furthermore, PIPELINE CHECK verifies
whether there is enough signal to noise to perform self-calibration, setting
variable All%DoSelf to YES or NO accordingly.
In addition, when variable All%Phase_Times (resp All%Ampli_Times) is zero,
the Phase (resp. Amplitude) calibration is skipped.
