Velocity-aligned, disk-integrated spectrum, over the region defined
by KEPLER_RINT, KEPLER_ROUT and KEPLER_THETA. This is a 3 column
table containing the velocities (km/s) in column 1, the flux in
column 2, and an estimate of the flux error in column 3.
