INTEGER value that indicates that noise level should be re-computed for the short spacing data cube if 0 < SHORT_CHANNEL < Number of channels in UV data. The noise level is estimated from differences between adjacent channels. This method avoids the bias due to strong lines, but assumes channels are uncorrelated. If channels are correlated, SHORT_SD_WEIGHT should be adjusted accordingly.
