UV_SHORT Variables:

      Control variables for UV_SHORT are not predefined, except for the  4  main
    ones:  SHORT_SD_FACTOR, SHORT_SD_WEIGHT, SHORT_UV_MIN and SHORT_UV_MAX.

      All  others should be defined by the user in case the default value is not
    appropriate, with their appropriate (Real, Char or Logical) types.
