Ensure self-calibration solutions computed from different frequencies share the same time stamps, to allow further averaging with the COLLECT command.
Due to separate flagging, it is possible that some spectral windows are flagged at some times, while others are not. For averaging, the command COLLECT requires identical time stamps. The ALIGN command fills missing times with null solutions, allowing proper averaging later by command COLLECT since these "dummy" solutions have zero weights.
FileFilter should be set to select all antenna-based Phase or Amplitude solutions. For the PIPELINE, this is either *-antenna.phase or *-antenna.ampli.
