READ /FREQUENCY 

        [CLEAN\]READ Buffer File /FREQUENCY RestFreq [/RANGE Min Max Type]

    Read  the specified internal buffer and reset the velocity scale to the cor-
    responding rest frequencies. Velocities specified in the /RANGE Min Max  VE-
    LOCITY option would then refer to this new frequency.
