BUFFERS SKY 

          SKY is a 3-D image buffer containing the current estimate of  the  Sky
    brightness  distribution.  It  is provided by command PRIMARY from the CLEAN
    and PRIMARY buffers for single-field data, but by command CLEAN for Mosaics.
    Noise is not uniform in SKY image.
