BUFFERS CLIPPED 

          CLIPPED is a 2-D table containing the Clipped spectra produced by com-
    mand UV_PREVIEW. Col 1 contains the Velocity, Cols 2:N+1 the spectra for the
    N tapers used in UV_PREVIEW, Col N+2 the natural weights.
